All activities included in our tour are generally very easy. Tsitsikamma has some uphill walks – however if done slow this is no problem to make it towards the end. Fitness level to take part in our tour is a generous 5/10. And of course, the more strenuous activities, such as the bungy jumping, are entirely optional!
