Payment:
A non refundable deposit of 20% on confirmation of you reservation.
Balance of payment is done, not less than a day before date
of departure.
Unfortunately, no refunds on cancellations less than 24 hours
prior to departure. Credit Card payments will incur a 5% banking
charge fee.
Accommodation:
Accommodation will be in selected youth hostels en route,
unless you choose the Guest House option, in which case the
accommodation will be in selected guest houses en route.
Fare:
The tour price includes accommodation, dinners (except 3rd
evening), breakfasts and entrance fees. Rates are quoted in
South Africa Rands(ZAR), and are subject to change without
notice, due to increases beyond our control.
Itinerary:
The Company reserves the right to alter routes, change accommodation
or mode of transport.
Insurance:
BokBus advises comprehensive travel insurance to be taken,
to cover any incidents of cancellation, medical, curtailment,
emergency travel or personal accident.
Exclusion
of liability:
BokBus, or its employees, servants and agents can/will not
be held responsible for any accident, injury, illness, death,
loss or delay from any cause whatsoever sustained or suffered
by any person during matters related to accommodating, transport
and sightseeing of any means whilst on our tour. |
