Day
1:
Depart
Cape town early morning and head through to the
real southern tip of Africa which is situated
at Cape Agulhas. Here we will visit the magnificent
light house as well as exploring the local area
thoroughly. Overnight at a rustic Backpackers
with the smell of the Indian Ocean to fall asleep
to.
Early
morning Game drive to see some animals you perhaps
didn’t see the evening before followed by
a scrumptious breakfast! Depart for Oudtshoorn
and drive over the spectacular Robinson Pass.
Spend the afternoon at the Cango Caves and ride
ostriches at the Cango Ostrich Farm before retiring
to Backpackers Paradise where we will stay tonight.

On
departure we’ll head over the stunning Outiniqua
pass down to the coast. Once in Wilderness we’ll
do some canoeing on the Wilderness lagoon. Try
to spot some 200 different species of birds on
the lagoon while paddling through the Wilderness
National Park. Visit the World’s highest
Bungy at Bloukrantz (plenty of time to jump for
those thrill seekers). We will also walk the hanging
suspension bridge as walk hanging bridge over
Storms River Mouth in the Tsitsikamma National
Park. We Overnight at Tsitsikamma Backpackers
in Stormsriver Village. (B;D)
Today
we head onto one of South Africa’s renowned
parks, Addo Elephant National Park.. Join the
guided sunset.Game drive at 5pm and have an informative
talk about the Addo elephants. Overnight close
to Addo.( B; D)
After
an early morning breakfast we make our way towards
Jeffrey’s Bay. This is a well know surfers
paradise with endless white sandy beaches, and
4 well known clothing factory stores, with big
brand name such as Billabong and Quiksilver. Head
on towards Knysna, where we shall spend the evening.

After
breakfast we go explore South Africa’s favourite
town (voted by the public). Attractions such as
the waterfront, Knysna heads, Knysna lagoon and
many more. On route to Swellendam we visit an
aloe factory in Albertinia before arriving at
the Buffeljagts Dam where we will overnight on
a private guest farm. There is also the option
of going on the longest foefie-slide in Africa!

Depart
Swellendam and follow the coastal route towards
Hermanus. There is time for an optional extra
of Shark Cage Diving if any one so wishes. We
explore Hermanus including whale watching (in
season) and visit a winery for some wine tasting.
From Hemanus we travel to Betty’s Bay where
we visit the penguins at Stony Point. Return to
Cape Town late afternoon via the stunning False
Bay coastline where hopefully we’ll see
more whales or dolphins. (B)
